There is a once per year Keyword activation fee of $19.95. After that you simply pay a month subscription based on the volume you would expect. And you can change it at any time.
Most will be happy with the $25/month plan which gets you up to 60 customers requesting your keyword.
If you are in a high traffic area or will be running lots of marketing then you may want to upgrade your plan to allow for more keyword requests.
